Privacy Policy

FastApply is a desktop application. By default, your résumé content, configuration files, and usage logs are stored locally on your device.

What we store locally

• Configuration (YAML), credentials (encrypted), and session tokens (encrypted).
• Application results (CSV) on your device.

What we collect on our servers

Only if you opt into account sign‑in or license verification:

• Account email (hashed), license status, anonymized telemetry (error codes, version).

Security

Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest on your device using industry‑standard cryptography. We recommend setting a strong OS login password and keeping your device updated.
